Welcome to Attical Inc. (“Attical,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://atticalinsulationandrodents.com/
(“Site”) and our attic insulation, cleaning, rodent prevention, and related services (“Services”).
By using our Site or scheduling our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.
1. Services
Attical provides attic cleaning, crawl space cleaning, insulation removal/installation, rodent proofing, HVAC cleaning, and related services. Specific details, pricing, and scope of work will be provided in a written estimate or service agreement prior to scheduling.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to request or purchase Services.
By using our Site or Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. Estimates, Orders, and Payment
Estimates are valid for 15 days from the date issued.
A deposit may be required prior to scheduling. The remaining balance is due upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments not received on time may be subject to late fees and/or interest as permitted under California law.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel due to safety issues, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Warranties & Service Limitations
We warrant that our Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.
We do not guarantee that rodent activity, allergens, or environmental conditions will be completely eliminated.
Except where prohibited by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law:
Attical will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or Site.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
Some consumer rights may not be waived under California law. This section does not limit rights you may have under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) or other applicable protections.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe access to your property so our team can perform Services.
You are responsible for securing pets, personal belongings, and valuables prior to service.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions (e.g., structural issues, wiring, mold) discovered during service.
8. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, images, and other content on our Site are owned by or licensed to Attical and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, distribute, or use our Site content without prior written consent.
9. User Content
If you submit reviews, testimonials, or other content, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for business purposes (such as marketing). You represent that you own or have the rights to any content you submit.
10. Privacy

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
